We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AppLocation systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic bookkeeping, shipping and receiving, customer inquiries, and general office management. Additionally, the candidate should have some understanding of telecom systems, IoT, or be interested in learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, including shipping and receiving, tracking, and inventory management.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and place orders for IoT devices, equipment, and services.
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient office and business operations

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping and office management.
  • Some understanding of telecom systems, IoT, or willingness to learn.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
